Oh, I hear a lot.
Find a massage therapist in the area that you can use the therapy of wounds, repeated practice. This is a non-invasive treatment of carpal tunnel, I found to work well for me and for my clients. I have seen people move from pain and weakness, almost painless function fully in a few weeks.
The basic idea is to stretch the muscles of the forearm to the swelling and congestion on the fingers.

If you can not find one, then I check with a piano teacher, yoga-sport teachers, massage therapists or personal trainers who can show you how to stretch the muscles in the forearm.

Good luck, I know your pain
